The pictures made me feel hot/sweaty. I associate El Yuque with warm weather. Is it hot there? The pictures were beautiful! I hope to visit it someday! Thanks for sharing the pictures!
It made me feel like there is another world that I did not know about. It also made me want to learn and experience more of the Puerto Rican culture, as it is beautiful.
El Yunque is a outstanding place but yes Becca it is sweaty and hot and there is a lot of walking for those hikers out there. If I remember well, there are 442 steps going down into the rainforest and about the same heading back out..the waterfalls though are well worth it!!! Beautiful photos Megan.
I am wondering how we could utilize the beauty of these photos to entice interest in the Spanish program for our students. The truth is that we take a trip with our students every other summer. I think that we could peak the interest in the program. I would also like to take the opportunity to compare standards and concepts of beauty between different cultures.

Discussion: Here, you will see a link to my flickr group. You will also see a pasted version of a conversation that I had with three classmates about the use of the pictures that I had posted in my group. I show my understanding for the use of flickr by being able to follow directions given by our TA, Josh, and by successfully uploading pictures, making sets, and making galleries. I also showcase my understanding by posting on my classmate's pictures, and contributing meaningfully to group discussions. Here, I showcase the idea of utilizing photographs to whet the students' appetites for Spanish. I also discussed how I could use the images that everyone termed as beautiful to go into a discussion about the different meanings and standards of beauty across different cultures.

What I have noticed in the comments is:
